Hi, I’m Jack. I’ve been sampling award winning Wisconsin cheeses in local grocery stores since 2012. I enjoy this job becasue it allows me to talk to lots of people about something I really care about: cheese.

I love eating, and talking about Wisconsin cheese with with friends, family, and even strangers. My favorite part about sampling cheese is the reaction people give when they’ve tasted a delicious cheese for the first time, and dive back in for a second bite.
